The De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill is the venue for an exciting Decorative Arts Fair on 17th and 18th June 2017, 10am-4pm. We will showing fine examples of British Art Deco including Art Deco cloud dining and lounge suites by Epstein. The Design Gallery will be exhibiting both on the stage (furniture and lighting) and in the main hall on the right-hand side as you enter (Art Deco jewellery). The gallery will be open as usual. The Winter Exhibition runs from Saturday 3 December at 10am until Christmas Eve at 3pm. Selling displays feature silver jewellery and bowls by Malcolm Appleby MBE, who is Britain’s leading Silversmith-Engraver. Rare Venetian and Bohemian trade beads from the collection of a well-known expert, Stefany Tomalin, are also available to purchase, along with her latest book. Original Art Deco bronzes, Lalique glass, Arts and Crafts Movement designs by Archibald Knox and Liberty, and much more will soon also be shown on the website.
